APPROVAL FOR ACCESS TO THE CREDIT REGISTER

I hereby grant permission to IBAS to:

• Evaluate my loan application

• Assess my credit risk history at Central Bank or elsewhere

• Evaluate my credibility as an individual linked to the borrower

• Recognize my obligations to banks or authorized lending entities by accessing Credit Registry data

• Determine the value of financial guarantees and my capacity to meet financial obligations

APPROVAL FOR COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I acknowledge and willingly provide consent to IBAS for the following purposes:

• Disclosure of all my personal data

• Use, processing, and storage of said data for identification and to safeguard property interests within the business relationship with IBAS

• Formation of a shared customer database

I acknowledge that IBAS may, as necessary, share my information with third parties, defined as entities necessary for legal transactions between myself, IBAS, and other relevant institutions, in accordance with Kosovo's applicable laws.
